Stocks is a SEC filings tracking and analysis application that provides:

• Alerts for new SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.)
• AI-powered analysis and insights extraction
• iPhone widgets for quick access to filing updates
• Real-time notifications when companies file with the SEC

3. Subscription and Billing

Stocks is a subscription service priced at $9.99/month with a 7-day free trial.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute SEC filing data or our analysis
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Upload malicious code or viruses

6. Investment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Stocks is an information tool only. We do NOT:

• Provide investment, financial, or legal advice
• Recommend specific stocks, trades, or investment actions
• Guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of SEC filing data
• Accept liability for investment losses or missed opportunities

All investment decisions are your own responsibility. SEC filings are public documents and our analysis is provided "as-is" without warranty. Always consult with licensed financial professionals before making investment decisions.

7. Data Sources and Accuracy

We source SEC filing data from public EDGAR databases. While we strive for accuracy:

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
• AI analysis may miss important details or make incorrect interpretations
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data
• Users should verify critical information directly with SEC EDGAR

8. Intellectual Property

The Stocks app, including its design, code, AI models, and proprietary analysis, is owned by LiveGlue and protected by copyright laws. SEC filing data is public domain.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveGlue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of the app or reliance on filing data
• Investment losses or missed opportunities
• Service interruptions or data errors
• Unauthorized access to your account

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service outages
• Delays in filing notifications
• Third-party service failures (SEC EDGAR, Apple Push Notifications, etc.)

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
